Détail des présentations

Adopter une posture de SRE

Speaker: Rénald, mec de l’infra et apprenti SRE chez Evaneos, mais pas que.

Description: Comment faire porter le costume de super héros à ses collègues.

Elastic Pod Controller

Speaker: Florian Grignon, Head of Infrastructure @ Keeneye

Description: In some context, the auto scaling functionalities given by Kubernetes is not the right fit. We chose to create a new controller, in the user space of Kubernetes in order to manage a pool of pods, to scale the number of it up and down auto-magically without disturbing our business. The solution manages now the scaling of our core application for our clients, the core of our business, and is quite sexy. We would be more than happy to share the solution in the open source world or directly to kubernetes if we find the right fit, after cleaning up the part specific to Keeneye.

Introducing TUSK.cloud: challenge our project!

Speaker: Thomas Goellner, Entrepreneur, CEO @TUSK.cloud, ex CEO right-hand @Brigad, graduated from EDHEC Business school

Description: In the last months, Elliot (SRE @Payfit), Tom (Designer @Evaneos) and I developed TUSK, a cloud provider of the future. We created a Heroku-like experience on top of Kubernetes, thus offering a very simple, powerful and open-source cloud solution. After a very short presentation of the project, the vision and the current product, I will let you talk! Please give us your feedbacks, critics and thoughts. What do you like? What do you dislike? Would you be a user? If not, what would be your dream product?
